AmerLink, Ltd. America’s Log Home Company is currently seeking a Sales and Design Consultant to be located at the North Carolina Sales Center, located near Rocky Mount, NC.

For more than 25 years, Amerlink has been among the nation’s leading suppliers of milled and handcrafted log home shell kits.

This position contains these essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Ability to successfully close leads on a daily basis.
  • Ability to aggressively prospect in order to develop and maintain a customer base capable of exceeding projected sales goals.
  • Effectively negotiate sales contracts utilizing company resources.
  • Respond to customers' needs by providing timely feedback regarding all sales related issues.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of competitors pricing, design and service.
  • Conduct business respectfully.
  • Work with management to improve marketing, product development, and service to customers.

This position requires the following education and experience:

  • Two plus years prior high end sales experience.
  • Construction and Real Estate experience very helpful.
  • Professional presentation and manner.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook software.
  • Excellent communication skills and aggressive drive for continuous improvement.
  • The ability to work weekends as needed on an ongoing basis.

Position offers a base salary plus excellent commission potential without an upside cap. We offer the enjoyment of a work environment in a beautiful log home with multiple onsite models to show.
