A completely finished home can range from $100.00 per square foot to over $150.00 per square foot based simply on your location and choice of interior finish. We do still occasionally have a customer who can build for under $100.00 per square foot by acting as their own general contractor, and even less if they are capable of doing some or all of the work themselves.
