1. Using AmerLink Construction Division to erect your weathertight shell assures you that your home will be constructed with approved construction methods that have been tested over time.

2. You will have no worry about having to replace materials due to contractor misuse as our construction crews understand how our package is to be constructed, and how and where to use the materials that are included in your log home package.

3. With our shell erection services, you will get a complete weathertight shell constructed up to and including installation of the roofing felt. Not all weather tight shell contractors include all of the labor that is included with our erection services.

4. Your logs will be pre-cut and numbered prior to shipment at our manufacturing facility in an enclosed structure insuring precise and accurate cuts for a tight log assembly.
